A mid-range gaming laptop with an RTX 3060 / RX 6600 class GPU comfortably hits the recommended bar. MacBook Pro and MacBook Air on Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) play natively — the M-series is the smoothest Mac path. Steam Deck and the OLED revision run via Proton; cap to 40 fps for battery, plug into a dock for build-mode comfort. Cloud streaming is unsupported. No PS5, iOS, Android or console builds are planned for this year.
