Piano is a Skill in Paralives, part of the Music Knowledge category. Players level it up by playing a piano. ' Progression mechanics mirror Guitar: as Parafolks advance, their piano playing becomes more sophisticated — lower skill levels feature slower, simpler pieces, while higher levels showcase complex compositions played with greater proficiency.

The initial release includes 'well-known classical music pieces from Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy and more,' chosen as public-domain works to avoid copyright issues and to let players recognize familiar pieces. Developers have hinted that future updates could feature original compositions by Andrei Castañon and include jazz, blues, pop, and potentially tracks from the Paralives soundtrack. The maximum level is 20.
